Originally from South Florida, Amanda Wright graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2009 and Florida International University College of Law in 2012. Her career as a trial attorney began as a public defender in the Ninth Judicial Circuit, protecting the constitutional rights of indigent clients in criminal court. In 2014, Ms. Wright transitioned to civil litigation, gaining invaluable experience representing individuals in personal injury lawsuits and subsequently representing one of the largest insurance companies in the country.

During the years spent defending the insurance giant against personal injury lawsuits, Ms. Wright saw first-hand the tactics used by the insurance industry to avoid paying the true value of an individual’s claim. Her knowledge of those tactics and experience working directly for a Fortune 100 insurance company provides Ms. Wright with the knowledge and experience needed to prosecute personal injury claims on behalf of individuals methodically and aggressively. Ms. Wright has extensive experience handling claims in both the prelitigation and litigation phases, successfully trying both first and third-party claims through jury verdict and obtaining seven-figure recoveries on behalf of her clients.

When not working, Ms. Wright enjoys spending time with her son and traveling. Ms. Wright also serves on the board for Backpack Buddies Orange City, an organization with a mission to help feed hungry children of Volusia County.
