Ariella E. Perry, Esq. is a passionate champion for the rights and interests of her plaintiffs. After serving as a defense lawyer for over a decade, she now leverages this experience to fight for her clients to secure the highest possible financial settlements. Ariella specializes in helping clients navigate a multitude of cases: catastrophic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, wrongful deaths, automobile and bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, and premises liability cases.
A Los Angeles native with Scandinavian and Middle Eastern roots, Ariella brings a comprehensive worldview and passion for justice to every case, supporting clients as they maneuver complex legal disputes. As a veteran with over 30 impressive civil jury trials, she earned the honorary rank of Associate from The American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). She now holds the position of Senior Life Fellow with the ABOTA Foundation.
“I care about my clients and feel deeply connected to their experiences. My clients know that I’m always there for them–fighting for their rights is my passion.”
Ariella holds the relationships that she builds through her practice in the highest esteem, understanding that most clients need more than an attorney – they need a friend and emotional and moral support they can trust. Ariella uses her background in working for a Fortune 50 insurance company to advocate for plaintiffs, fighting for their rights and interests in personal injury cases.
Ariella’s decorated history in the law allows her to approach cases with a unique perspective; from her time working with providers, Ariella knows the defense attorney playbook, and this helps her to identify the best strategies moving forward. Unafraid of going to trial, Ariella does everything in her power to stop defendants from abusing clients for exercising their right to seek justice and compensation for their injuries.
Ariella’s advocacy for others extends beyond the courtroom, as she is heavily involved in civic engagement. She volunteered at the Beverly Hills Bar Association Pro Bono Legal Clinic, a foundation dedicated to providing free legal counsel to the public in need, and the International Refugee Assistance Program (IRAP), which helps resettle refugees suffering from hardships in the Middle East. Additionally, Ariella served on the California State Bar’s Committee for Administration of Justice, participated as a settlement officer for the Los Angeles Superior Court, and acted as a member of the Junior League of Los Angeles.
While serving as an active member of the ABOTA Foundation, Ariella attends Chapter, National, and International Board meetings, giving her national and global insight into the best practices for handling jury trials. She works with other accomplished attorneys to help preserve each citizen’s right to jury trials, ensure the highest level of lawyers’ professionalism in the courtroom, and educate upcoming generations about their legal rights.
Ariella’s impressive career summary does not end there, as she is also a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, and she recently joined the Women in Law Committee at CAALA. She is very passionate about this committee that is dedicated to empowering and mentoring women in the legal profession, giving them tools to handle complex challenges with confidence.
Ariella’s interests also extend beyond the courtroom, as she is a proud mother who enjoys showing her daughter that one can achieve personal success by fighting for and doing what is right. In her free time, Ariella enjoys snowboarding with her family, surfing, traveling, and going to art shows and museums.
Ariella’s humanitarianism and involvement in her community illuminate the qualities that have made her such a remarkably successful lawyer. In or out of the courtroom, Ariella’s distinguished career and dedication to justice allow her to help clients navigate difficult legal processes with empathy and grace.
