For the past 25+ years, Chris has worked closely with individuals and families facing extreme hardship from mesothelioma or lung cancer caused by exposure to asbestos. He began his career learning the intricacies of asbestos product identification while meeting with clients and co-worker witnesses as an asbestos paralegal. Chris subsequently attended Suffolk University Law School in the evening program while continuing to work full-time as a law clerk in asbestos litigation. He graduated magna cum laude from Suffolk Law in 2000.
Chris is a fierce advocate and competitor who takes great pride in his tireless work ethic, meticulous preparation and attention to detail, and compassion for others. Since obtaining his law degree, Chris has vigorously represented hundreds of mesothelioma clients in asbestos products and premises liability litigation and guided their lawsuits to successful resolution. Chris has obtained millions of dollars in settlements for his mesothelioma clients from manufacturers and suppliers of asbestos-containing products. He always takes the time to get to know each client and their family personally and to learn their individual backgrounds and work histories to identify every potential source of exposure to asbestos.
Chris started Duffy Law LLC in 2020 to build on his extensive experience representing mesothelioma clients and their families. His civil litigation practice focuses on mesothelioma cases and asbestos litigation. Chris also handles other toxic tort, product liability, premises liability, and wrongful death cases, and serves as local counsel in Massachusetts on all phases of litigation in coordination with national trial counsel.
