Her practice areas include chemical and mineral processing, mining, metallurgy, semiconductor, environmental, water treatment, oil and gas, energy, utilities, alternative energy, lasers, optics, acoustic, aerospace, outer space, food and beverage, consumer products, social media, blockchain/cryptocurrency, cybersecurity, 3-D printing, and State and Federal regulations regarding the environment, food, labeling, and export laws. Deborah is a member of the Aerospace and Outer Space Practice Group, Dental Practice Group and Trademark Practice Group. She earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and a Bachelor’s degree with highest honors in Metallurgical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. She is licensed to practice law in New Mexico, New York, and Colorado, and is a Registered Patent Attorney. She is also a registered Professional Engineer in New Mexico and Colorado.
