Eileen M. Maguire has been practicing law for more than 20 years. Her primary areas of practice are employment law, wage and hour law, HIPAA, and health law. She practices before various administrative agencies and is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts in Indiana.
Ms. Maguire frequently presents programs for various local, state, and national organizations. She has presented programs concerning wage and hour and employment subject matters for the Home Care Association of America (HCAOA), the Indiana Association for Home & Hospice Care (IAHHC), as well as other state associations and franchisers.
She is the author of frequent articles on legal subjects, and the co-author of various manuals, published by our firm, to assist home and health care providers comply with employment and wage and hour laws.
Ms. Maguire is a cum laude graduate of Quincy University, Quincy Illinois, and received her law degree from Indiana University – Mauer School of Law, Bloomington, Indiana. While attending law school, Ms. Maguire interned for The Honorable John Daniel Tinder, then judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. She also earned her MSJ from Northwestern University – Medill School of Journalism, Evanston, Illinois. Shortly after graduating law school and while working at a large Indianapolis law firm, Ms. Maguire helped start and oversee two successful home and community based agencies in Indiana and Kentucky for a number of years.
