G. Brent Coan’s law practice is focused on corporate and real estate related matters including: purchase and sale transactions; business organization and capitalization; corporate M&A transactions; land planning and development; all issues related to financial institutions and lender/creditors’ rights involving real estate and commercial loan transactions.
Mr. Coan received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration with honors from the University of Northern Colorado and his juris doctorate degree from the University of Denver.
In addition to his legal work, Mr. Coan has participated in the ownership and management of several successful businesses providing him with a unique client-oriented perspective related to legal services and the intersection of legal and business matters.
Mr. Coan has lectured on topics such as public policy and planning, business contracts, business ethics, business entity selection and numerous real estate law related topics.
