Mr. Borden is an active member of the Oregon State Bar and Oregon Trial Lawyers Association. He exclusively pursues on behalf of injured individuals Oregon workers’ compensation and Oregon personal injury claims.
Mr. Borden graduated Cum Laude from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College and Magna Cum Laude from the University of California at Los Angeles (1988). Mr. Borden’s education in Oregon workers’ compensation law and personal injury law is extensive. He regularly attends advanced seminars in these areas, and has been litigating cases for over 20 years. Mr. Borden has been in practice in Oregon since 1995.
