He also enjoys playing golf, biking, watching sports (especially the KU Jayhawks) and cooking.
A New Mexico attorney since 1983, Dave treats his clients with concern, compassion and exceptional legal abilities. During his 36-year career, he has represented secured and unsecured lenders, debtors, trustees, creditors’ committees and receivers in farm and non-farm bankruptcy cases in New Mexico, Arizona, California, Colorado, Missouri, Illinois, and Delaware. He has also handled real estate and personal property foreclosure matters. Dave is a firm believer in the idea that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, so he encourages his lender clients to have him involved before loans are made to make sure that documentation is correct and collateral perfection is achieved.
