“Hamp Boles is the dean of Alabama banking law. His work ethic, character and integrity are beyond reproach and he’d be included in any dream team of bank regulatory lawyers in Alabama.” -Chambers USA
Regulations and compliance issues have been, are now, and will continue to be an important part of management, and costly for all regulated industries. Hamp believes that all businesses of every type and size are “regulated” to some extent and often face compliance issues. Addressing compliance before there is a need is the best practice. Hamp also works on state legislative matters.
