Jamie Fugitt represents entrepreneurs, investors, and startups. He helps form businesses, helps with private investment and other financing, helps with acquisitions and other exits, and helps with company operations. His practice includes investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance, technology agreements, trademarks and other intellectual property, contracts, corporate governance, internet and software, and other business matters.
Jamie also helps filmmakers, musicians, and other creatives form businesses, protect their work, and navigate financing, production, distribution, and other entertainment agreements.

Education
Mr. Fugitt received his law degree from Harvard Law School. While attending law school, he participated in Harvard’s Program on Negotiation, served as article editor for the Harvard Environmental Law Review, and worked for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts.
Jamie graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in cultural anthropology. He received the J. William Fulbright Honors College Fellowship and studied at the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge.
