John M. Miller was born and raised in Iowa. He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa (B.A. 1976) and the University of Iowa ( J.D. 1980). He was admitted to the bar in 1980 and is a member of Polk County, Iowa State and Federal Bar Associations (Bankruptcy Chapter); Iowa Trial Lawyers Association; Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, National Association of Consumer Attorneys, and National Bankruptcy Institute.

 

Mr. Miller has been practicing law for over 30 years with a special emphasis on bankruptcy and helping people with financial problems. His office has filed more than 4,000 Chapter 7 bankruptcies and more than 60 Chapter 13 bankruptcies in the past five years.
