Jordan focuses his practice on complex divorce and custody cases, post-decree disputes, and on real estate and asset distribution issues incident to divorce. He began his legal career working for the Honorable Judge Douglas Smith in Department Eight of the Eighth Judicial District. He then worked for the Honorable Judge Cynthia Giuliani in the Family Courts, and as a law clerk for the Office of the General Council at University of Nevada Las Vegas. Jordan is a trained mediator who has conducted mediations at the Clark County Neighborhood Justice Center and at the family court mediation program.

 

Before Jordan entered the legal field, he worked in the Information Technology industry, as a department manager ensuring operations and customer satisfaction were exemplary.  While there, he managed a department of twenty full-time employees and numerous contractors located throughout the country.

 

Jordan is originally from the Midwest and moved to Las Vegas in 1990. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2000. He completed his Masters in Business Administration in 2002 at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a focus in finance and information technology. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nevada Las Vegas 2011.
