A long-term Las Vegas resident, Ms. Stein is a partner at Flangas Law Group and concentrates her practice on securities law, entertainment law, civil litigation, and corporate law. Ms. Stein’s experience in banking, securities, the gaming industry and law has provided her a strong business background to assist her clients on a business and legal level. Ms. Stein provides both transactional and litigation services and has experience representing clients in a range of clients.
Prior to re-joining Flangas Law Group, Ms. Stein worked for the largest Nevada based firm as a named partner and national law firms performing similar services. Prior to re-entering private practice, Ms. Stein served as Chief of Enforcement to the Office of the Nevada Secretary of State, Securities Division.
Ms. Stein is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Nevada and State of California
