Mike also specializes in the field of healthcare law, and his trial experience in nursing home liability cases is likewise extensive. He has tried numerous cases in Mississippi and advises the firm’s clients concerning litigation in the nursing home and healthcare arena. In addition, Mike handles appeals of Medicare and Medicaid complex audits. He also advises the firm’s healthcare clients in regulatory matters.

 

Mike’s specialties also include employment litigation in the context of employment contracts and covenants not to compete. He has successfully tried numerous cases involving covenants not to compete from the temporary restraining order stage through ultimate resolution. Mike has earned the reputation as one of Mississippi’s premier litigators in this area of practice based on his vast experience in successfully handling noncompetition cases.
