For over 35 years, Mr. Kruse has represented injury victims in over 50 counties across the State of Indiana, as well as Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio, and Michigan. He has resolved thousands of personal injury claims, through settlements, court trials, and jury verdicts in nearly every type of personal injury matter, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, product liability, and medical malpractice.
Since 1988, he has been a board member for the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. He serves as a faculty member for the Annual Litigation Skills Workshop for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA), training younger litigation attorneys. He has also conducted lectures at numerous legal seminars and written articles for the Indiana Law Review at the IU McKinney School of Law.
Most recently, Mr. Kruse was elected as President of the Board of Directors for the IU McKinney School of Law Alumni Association, where he has served as a board member for the past eight years, working with alumni faculty and students of the law school to provide programs and events for the students’ education and development of skills.
Mr. Kruse has been recognized by the Super Lawyers organization and selected by his peers as one of the top personal injury attorneys in the State of Indiana for the past eleven years. He was also recognized by the Indiana Best Lawyers organization and featured in their cover article for their 2018 awards publication.
For the past 20 years, Mr. Kruse has developed referral relationships with attorneys from counties throughout Indiana, providing assistance to their clients for personal injury claims. He has represented personal injury victims in over 50 counties from around the State of Indiana. As part of his representation, Mr. Kruse travels to and meets with clients in the referring attorneys’ offices or, when necessary, at the client’s home.
Mr. Kruse has resided in central Indiana his entire life in Boone and Montgomery Counties. He credits his success as a personal injury lawyer to the lessons learned and relationships formed in smaller, county seat communities where people recognize the importance of trust, honesty, and good, old fashioned hard work.
