Richard A. Mincer is a partner with Hirst Applegate where he has practiced law since moving to Wyoming in 1995. He is a member of DRI, DLAW, TIDA and WTLA, past President of the Defense Lawyers Association of Wyoming and the Mining Associates of Wyoming Board of Directors. Richard’s practice focuses on civil litigation including products liability, transportation law, premises liability, professional liability, and contract and insurance disputes. Richard has been recognized by Chambers USA in the area of General Commercial Litigation, as a SuperLawyer in the area of Civil Litigation and by Best Lawyers in America in the area of Personal Injury Litigation. His is also on the Cheyenne Animal Shelter Board, past president of the Cheyenne Downtown Development Authority Board, and a member of the Cheyenne Kiwanis Club.
