Ms. Rosenblat has over thirty years’ experience handling high-exposure matters in widely varied areas of both plaintiff and defense litigation – such as elder abuse law, medical malpractice, product liability, health care, employment (including wrongful termination and sexual harassment), insurance bad faith and business. She has extensive trial and arbitration experience, handling litigation from inception to resolution.
