When Victor was a child his father was involved in a motor vehicle accident which resulted in him suffering serious injuries. Unfortunately, he did not receive the compensation he deserved and Victor saw his parents suffer irreparable financial harm. Victor knew that what happened to his father was not fair and that piqued his interest in the law. After high school, Victor attended Florida Atlantic University, and after years of working his way though college he graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice
Victor eventually attended St. Thomas University School of Law where he was a competing member on the school’s traveling moot court board and mock trial team. During his time in law school Victor received many awards. He also was selected to intern at the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office, the State’s largest defense agency, and the Broward County Attorneys office, where he represented the County on civil matters. It was at that moment Victor knew he wanted to be a litigator
Following law school Victor cut his teeth in the court room providing legal services for corporations and individuals. Victor’s court room experience includes arguing before the Florida Supreme Court. Many lawyers say they will fight for their clients but have no trial experience. Victor takes pride in winning difficult cases, whether that be obtaining a favorable resolution for his clients before they ever have to step foot in a courtroom or seeing the case all the way through trial.
What is Victor’s personal mantra? "Because everyone deserves a voice." Victor believes that and that is why he fights aggressively to ensure his clients are heard.
