Job Responsibilities: Will is an attorney whose practice focuses solely on litigation. He routinely appears in Federal Court, State Circuit Court, and Family Court. Will is admitted to practice in South Carolina, the U.S. District Court of South Carolina, and the U.S. Court of Appeals 4th Circuit. He represents individuals and small businesses prosecuting complex civil litigation matters. His primary areas of practice include personal injury/wrongful death, defective construction and dangerous premises, insurance coverage disputes and bad faith claims, and family law litigation and adoptions. Will’s practice allows him to make a meaningful impact on individuals and the community by making sure the rights of individuals are protected and helping his clients create a path forward after a catastrophic event.
Community: Will and his wife Haley have served as a “big brother” and “big sister” in Big Brothers Big Sisters of America since 2016. Will’s other past community involvement includes coaching little league football and being a member of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the Red Shoe Society.
